By signing you agree that the Mahone Bay Wooden Boat Society and/or the Town of Mahone Bay, its principals, officers, directors, employees or agents, are in no way liable for theft, damage or actions arising, or to arise, by reason of use of the launch ramp or other Civic Marina amenities.

Passage on the tender is at the sole risk of the passenger.

Access to the loading dock (for passenger pick-up) is strictly limited to a maximum of 15 minutes and the boat must not be left unattended.

This agreement is for full season tender service only, for one boat, in the area of the harbour served by the tender. There is no access to use the loading dock, dinghy dock, or any other services.
