The Mahone Bay Wooden Boat Society and/or the Town of Mahone Bay, its principals, officers, directors, employees or agents, are in no way liable for actions arising, or to arise, by reason of use of any service(s) provided by the Mahone Bay Civic Marina.
The Mahone Bay Civic Marina endeavours to provide the services in the conditions as found in the area of the marina. Provision of such services is not offered with any type of absolute guarantee, and users are apprised that services may not be available for reasons beyond the control of the Mahone Bay Civic Marina.
Services provided are solely for the use by the crew of the one boat listed in this agreement and are not transferable.
Access to the Dinghy Float is provided for the purposes of docking one dinghy/tender only, and it must be tied in the designated zone for that type of dinghy.
Owners who choose to secure their tender to the dinghy float with a locking cable must provide a key or combination code to marina staff. Access will only be given to the registered owner. All other cable/lock combinations will be removed without further notice and at the owner's expense.
Access to the loading dock (first come, first served basis, except priority to tour boat operations) for passenger pick-up is strictly limited to a maximum of 15 minutes, and the boat must not be left unattended.
